Fiber Optic Cabinets, Cables, Pedestals and Terminals

By Jim Pilgrim

This old War Horse doesn’t tweet. I never thought I would write a blog either and I was certain no one would read it if I did. After some persistent coaxing from my boss, I started writing about my travels and experiences working for Clearfield.

A social networking website for the Telecommunications industry? Are you kidding me? You all are just like me, right? Don’t have time for that, even if you knew what a Social Networking site was. Hey, I guess I was wrong.

Nikki and Lindsay run our Marketing Department at Clearfield. They tell me that fiberpuzzle.com is a big hit and people are visiting my blog. They also have loaded some pretty cool animation videos and linked other demonstration “How to” videos on YouTube. I even have some of my customer contacts ask when my next blog will be posted. I guess this old dog can still learn a trick or two.

Lindsay and Nikki, this one’s for you. Keep up the good fight dragging us old dudes into the cyber –future. Sometimes being proven wrong isn’t so bad. But for now, I’m still refusing to tweet.
